Reg Tiessen
President

As the President of Fleetwood Fine Furniture International LP, I bring decades of leadership experience and a CPA background to the hospitality furniture industry. I’m known for combining strategic insight with a hands-on approach, and I’m passionate about design, quality, and building long-term client relationships.

Outside of work, I enjoy tennis, skiing, scuba diving, and spending time with my partner Lorena, our golden doodle Jordi, and my children and grandchildren.

Geoff Lovelock
VP, Operations

My role is to organize and run the operations of the company. Coordinating quotes, assigning Project Managers and Engineers to each project and executing PO’s with our partner factories to ensure on time delivery for each client. I also ensure that our Quality Control is of the highest standard and look to resolve concerns for our clients efficiently. I lead a team of 16 professionals from Canada, United States, Philippines and China on each and every project that we have the opportunity to work on.

I’m a husband to a wonderful, smart Sicilian wife (the food is amazing ) and a proud “Girl Dad” to two strong, beautiful daughters. I love all sports, especially hockey, volleyball, golf, and football, and I’m a huge Montreal Canadiens fan (Go Habs Go). I’m obsessed with music but can’t play an instrument, and my love for family and friends is only rivalled by my love for Pearl Jam – I’ve seen them live 44 times, including at their Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction in 2017.

Martha Clark
VP, Sales & Marketing

I am new to Fleetwood but not to the industry. With over 30 years in furniture manufacturing, I am focused on driving growth, building strong client relationships, and leading high-performing teams through collaboration and a commitment to service excellence. I am also proud to be leading the charge in enhancing our market presence—elevating brand visibility, expanding strategic partnerships, and earning my place in the Fleetwood story.

Outside of work, I enjoy my butterfly garden, painting, cooking, traveling, and spending time with my family, friends, and my beloved pets.

Willey Chan
Controller

Willey joined Fleetwood in 2021, bringing over a decade of accounting experience across public practice and the manufacturing sector. He leads the Accounting, Finance, Legal, IT, and HR functions, ensuring a strong operational foundation for the company. Willey has been instrumental in adopting modern technologies and streamlining processes, enabling Fleetwood’s global team to collaborate effectively and deliver innovative solutions to clients worldwide.

Outside of work, Willey enjoys cooking and traveling. He has a passion for exploring different cultures and cuisines, and finds inspiration in the diversity of food and traditions around the world.

Elaine Ngai
Senior Project Manager

My background before joining Fleetwood encompassed 20 years of experience in product development, sourcing, procurement and logistics. My role at Fleetwood is to look after any assigned project from receipt of PO to delivery, by working with designer, purchasing agent, and logistics team. I also trained new PM recruits and be a sounding board.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading and crafting.

Lori Hambrook
Project Manager

As a seasoned Project Manager with over 17 years at Fleetwood Fine Furniture, I oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end custom furniture projects for the hospitality industry. I manage timelines, budgets, and client communications to ensure quality craftsmanship and timely delivery, while liaising with design, production, and logistics teams to meet client specifications and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence.

Erika Conrad
Project Manager

I am a Project Manager for Fleetwood. I have been in the industry for over 10 years. I handle getting finish and drawing approvals and also see the project all the way through to install and take care of any and all customer requests/questions.

I love spending time with my family and our Boxer, Jax. I also have a strong passion for helping people in need whenever I can.

Nadia Hinkson
Operations Assistant

With over 15 years of experience in the furniture industry, I serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and seamless communication. I work closely with our team to ensure inquiries are addressed promptly, quotes are delivered accurately, and every client feels supported throughout their project. My goal is to make every interaction smooth, informative, and positive.

Outside of work, I love traveling, relaxing at the beach, exploring the outdoors, reading, and spending quality time with my family. As a foodie, I’m always on the lookout for new restaurants and flavors to try. I’m passionate about creating great experiences, both in and outside of work!

Engineering Manager

As Head of Engineering, I lead the Engineering team, focusing on optimizing construction, enhancing production efficiency, refining processes, balancing costs, and ensuring alignment with design intent. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and hiking up north in the summer.

Bob Walton
Senior Engineer

I joined Fleetwood back in 1984 as a draftsman, and over the years I’ve grown into my current role as one of our Senior Engineers. With more than 41 years of experience in custom furniture, I take pride in bringing our designs to life with precision and practicality. I work closely with our Engineering Manager, our factories, and our quality control teams to make sure every piece meets Fleetwood’s standards of excellence.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me in the garden or tackling new projects around the house – I love keeping busy and creating things that last.

Devin Week
Senior Engineer

Devin is a Senior Engineer at Fleetwood Fine Furniture, where he brings a thoughtful balance of technical precision and creative intuition to every project. With a background in custom design, fabrication, and a passion for craftsmanship, he specializes in transforming complex ideas into refined solutions for luxury hospitality spaces. Outside of work, Devin is a dedicated husband and father who finds inspiration in woodworking, music, meaningful design and nature. His work reflects both a deep care for detail and a strong sense of purpose.

Engineer

I am an Engineer, and I am creating technical drawings after customer sketches and descriptions.

I like being outside walking, riding my bike or playing with my dog Colin.

Also, I love gardening and cooking.

Estimator

As an Estimator, I’m responsible for preparing detailed cost quotations and analyzing project specifications to ensure every detail aligns with our clients’ vision and budget.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on the basketball court. I’m sports-minded, and playing basketball is my favourite way to stay active, unwind and relax.

Mallory Dunlop
Sales & Executive Assistant

As Sales and Executive Assistant, I support the team through a wide range of responsibilities—from managing social media and crafting email campaigns to designing presentations, planning meetings and events, and maintaining up-to-date sales tracking documents. I help to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and keep projects organized.

I enjoy spending quality time with my family, including my husband, our two children and our dog Johnny. I have a passion for discovering new restaurants, exploring exciting travel destinations, and soaking up the sun at the beach during the summer months. I love any opportunity to celebrate – whether it’s an everyday moment or a special holiday – and as a true Christmas enthusiast, Christmas is my Super Bowl.

I'm a busy mom of three who loves travel, good food, and making meaningful memories with my family. I also enjoy quiet coffee breaks and all things creative.
