Discovery & Alignment
It Starts with a Conversation
Every project begins with listening. We want to understand your vision, your brand, and what success looks like from your side of the table. Once we’re aligned, we partner closely with ownership, design, and procurement to lock in budget expectations, timelines, and functional needs. That upfront clarity sets the tone, avoiding surprises and keeping everything on track from day one.
Design Development & Engineering
Where Vision Meets Know-How
We believe creativity and practicality can—and should—coexist. Our engineers work directly with your design team to translate ideas into fully resolved, buildable pieces. We refine the details, develop CAD drawings, and provide finish samples or prototypes as needed to make sure nothing gets lost in translation. Our goal is always the same: protect the design while making sure it works in the real world.
Project Management
Steady Hands All the Way Through
You’ll have a dedicated Project Manager who knows your project inside and out. They’ll keep the wheels turning, tracking approvals, managing milestones, flagging risks early, and staying in touch with weekly updates. If something shifts (and it always does), we’re ready to adapt. Communication stays clear, proactive, and grounded in problem-solving.

Our manufacturing network spans over 2.5 million square feet across China, Vietnam, and Mexico, giving us the scale to handle major rollouts and the flexibility to build one-of-a-kind pieces.

Quality Assurance

We don’t wait until the end to think about quality, it’s part of the process from day one. Our QC team is hands-on throughout production, from materials and machining to finishing and final inspection. We document and verify every piece before it leaves the factory, so what shows up on site is exactly what you expect.
Logistics & Delivery
On Time, Without the Stress
Once your pieces are ready, we coordinate the logistics, handling shipping when required, or supporting our client’s logistic partners on the process to final delivery. We’re experienced in phased installations, grouped shipments, and FF&E consolidation. Wherever your project is in the world, we’ll make sure your product arrives safely, and on time.
